Dairy

Our milk, cream and yoghurts are supplied by Hinxden Farm Dairy, a family-run dairy farm in Kent. The Manford family’s pedigree Holstein and Guernsey cows graze in the Garden of England. Their award winning milk is pasteurised, and bottled within 24 hours of leaving the cow’s udder.

Cheese

As well as cheese from Hinxden Farm Dairy, we also stock award-winning cheeses made by Kingcott Dairy and Cheesemakers of Canterbury.
